From Flint (Beecher), MI to D.C., I'm just sharing a little bit of all the things I enjoy - with some of my struggles too.

I published my first book in January 2021, which discusses my experience with depression and my spiritual journey to overcoming. 

My transparency lead me to engage in conversations with friends to discuss their struggles with health and wellness, leading to "We're Getting Personal" - a podcast series that aims to encourage more conversations concerning health and mental health awareness.

 

I am also a content creator, vlogger, and blogger.
